Overview

This position is responsible for all overnight routine cleaning and maintenance tasks within Chick-fil-A of Summerville.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Set up daily operations for success by resetting the store every night, bringing facilities back to "like new" condition

  • Scrub/mop all floors, including dining room, front counter, kitchen, and restrooms

  • Clean and sanitize all work surfaces

  • Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms and play area

  • Wash, dry, and organize dishes

  • Clean and sanitize equipment including breading table(s), Henny Pennys, thaw cabinets, refrigeration, oven, ice machine, hot holding equipment, freezer and cooler floors, and back storage area

  • Complete weekly detailed tasks, including cleaning and sanitization of drains, shelving, and vents

  • Put away key drop truck delivery and organize stock

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel

  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
